Thank you for shopping with SlyGoods. We currently ship products across India.

1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • During sales or festive seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.

2. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times:

  • Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
  • Other Cities & Towns: 3–7 business days
  • Remote Areas: 5–10 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment.
  • We may offer free shipping on eligible orders or promotional campaigns.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS (where applicable) to monitor your shipment.

5. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will usually make multiple delivery attempts. If delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept the package, the order may be returned to us.

Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.

6. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. SlyGoods is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

7. Damaged Packages

If your package appears damaged or tampered with upon delivery:

  • Do not accept the package if the damage is severe.
  • If accepted, record an unboxing video and contact us within 24 hours with clear photos or videos.

This helps us investigate and process replacement or refund requests promptly.

8. Lost Shipments

If your order has not been delivered within the expected timeframe, please contact us. We will coordinate with the courier partner to investigate and resolve the issue.

9. Delivery Availability

We currently deliver only within India. International shipping is not available at this time.
